Marrose Abrasives purchased the intellectual Property and equipment for all rubber bonded abrasive products manufactured by the former Carborundum Company, this represented over 100 years of technical knowledge at that time.
Included in the portfolio was one of the best, if not THE best centre less grinding wheel for rough grinding of bearing rollers, the unique formulation and manufacturing method of this wheel make this wheels almost completely self dressing and allows the highest production rates of all diameters of rollers.
The most popular grit size and grade is A80 M RG, grit sizes 60 and 120 are also available as well as hardnesses “L” and O”, RG wheels have a maximum operating speed of 38 m/s.
We also offer our grade RT1 for centreless grinding machines operating up to 45 m/s, most popular hardnesses are “L” and “M” with grit sizes 60 and 80.
